1. About BeatPush

BeatPush is a Telegram bot that helps music producers upload audio files (beats) to YouTube as videos with cover images.

2. Google API Services Disclosure

BeatPush’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By using BeatPush you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google’s Privacy Policy.

3. What Data We Collect

From YouTube / Google (via OAuth 2.0):

• OAuth refresh token — to maintain authorised access to your YouTube channel.
• YouTube channel ID and channel title — to identify which channel to upload to.

From Telegram:

• Telegram user ID — to link your bot session to your YouTube account.
• Telegram username — for admin support purposes only.
• Audio files and cover images you send — to create and upload videos.

From Pinterest (optional):

• Pinterest access token — if you choose to connect Pinterest.

4. How We Use Your Data

• YouTube refresh token — used exclusively to upload videos, set thumbnails, and read video metadata for the template-import feature on your behalf.
• Channel ID / title — displayed in the bot so you can identify and switch between connected accounts.
• Audio files — combined with a cover image via FFmpeg to produce a video, then uploaded to your YouTube channel. Files are deleted from our server after upload.
• Pinterest token — used only to read your boards and pins so you can select cover images. We do NOT post, modify, or delete any content on Pinterest (scopes: boards:read, pins:read).

5. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on a private VPS (Virtual Private Server) accessible only via SSH with key-based authentication.
• OAuth tokens are stored in a local database on that server.
• No data is stored in third-party cloud databases or SaaS platforms.
• Audio and cover files are stored temporarily during video processing and deleted after upload completes or fails.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

BeatPush does not place cookies, use local storage, or employ any similar tracking technologies on users’ devices or browsers.

During the YouTube account connection process, you are redirected to Google’s OAuth consent screen, which is operated by Google and may set its own cookies in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. BeatPush does not access or control those cookies.

The BeatPush website does not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts that collect user data.

7. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to any third party.
• Share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.
• Transfer Google user data to any third-party service, AI model, or analytics platform.
• Use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the BeatPush service described above.

Limited disclosure:

• Infrastructure provider: data resides on a VPS from a hosting company. The provider has physical access to hardware but no application-level access to your data.
• YouTube API: when uploading, your content (video, title, description, tags) is sent to YouTube via the YouTube Data API — this is the core function of the service.
• Legal: we may disclose data if required by law, legal process, or governmental request.

8. Human Access to Data

Only the BeatPush developer / operator has access to the server and database. That access is used solely for maintaining the service and handling support requests. No other individuals or organisations have access.

9. Data Retention

• YouTube tokens: retained while your account is connected; deleted when you disconnect via the bot.
• Pinterest tokens: deleted immediately when you disconnect via the bot.
• Audio / cover files: deleted automatically after upload completes or fails.
• Account data (Telegram ID, username): retained while you use the service. You may request full deletion at any time.

10. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You can at any time:

• Disconnect your YouTube account via the bot menu (tokens are deleted from our database).
• Disconnect Pinterest via the bot menu (token is immediately deleted).
• Revoke BeatPush’s access in your Google Account permissions.
• Request complete deletion of all your data by emailing tiresssyt@gmail.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
